- Vigilance and awareness are key to safe guard school campuses; as parents and school management around the world face challenging situations, we commit to create a safer environment for our children.
- ALL visitors/outsiders submit a Government-issued ID, while recording their phone numbers and addresses at the security gate.
- CCTV cameras covering every nook and corner of the campus, with dedicated to monitoring.
- Washrooms, labs, libraries, corridors and play areas are monitored and secured during school hours.
- No outsiders (including parents/guardians) are allowed access to the classroom/child/children during school hours.
- Washrooms and classrooms are NOT accessible to any outsiders – for e.g. labourers, drivers, conductors etc.
- All entry and exit points are staffed and secured.
- Dispersal process is secured and well managed.
- Transport is secure and is manned by responsible staff.
- All campuses have fully stocked and working infirmary, with qualified nurse/trained medical practitioner.
- All campuses are fully equipped with Fire Extinguishers and/or Sprinklers.
Social Responsibility
The institution envisages a student community that values education and is also sensitized to its social responsibilities and duties towards the nation and the world as a whole. The school endeavors to develop strong personal qualities and robust character that would make the students the ‘flag bearers’ of a progressive nation. To help shape its students into better individuals, the school grants great significance to Life Skills Training, Spiritual Awareness, Community Welfare and Environmental Responsibility through value driven social campaigns like simulated civic plays such as ‘Nukkad Natak’ addressing the Cleanliness Drive, Traffic Safety etc.
Rules and Regulations for students
1. The student’s diary is not only an effective means of communication between the Parents and the school but it is also used as a reminder/record of all the work assigned. The diary should be brought to the school dairy.
2. The student should be punctual at school.
3. Students should regard their duty to maintain cleanliness in the class
room and school campus.
4. Students should come neatly dressed to school and desist from wearing ornamental and fancy things. The boy’s hair should be short.
5. Students must obey House captains, Monitors during the absence of a teacher.
6. No student will be exempted from games, yoga, and morning assembly without a medical certificate.
7. No student will be allowed to go home during class hours unless one parent or close relative comes to collect him/her for reasons due to an emergency.
8. Students suffering from any infectious disease must complete the quarantine period before rejoining School.
Some Important Information
SCHOOL STATIONERY
The school run its own stationery outlet to facilitate the distribution of books and stationery items. It remains open between 9.00 AM and 11.00 AM during working days.
Only books prescribed by the school are taught in the classes. No books should be purchased from outside without official intimation form the Principal.
SCHOOL EXCURSIONS TRIPS AND TOURS
The school arranges picnics, excursions, school tours etc. from time to time which are to be attended by all students compulsorily.
PARENTS TEACHER MEET
Parents Teacher meets are arranged soon after the summative and formative examinations giving an opportunity to the Parents to meet the Teacher’s see the answer copies and discuss the progress of their words Parents are advised to attend the meet in the general interest of their wards.
FEE RULES
1. The Fee will be collected up to 15th of every month. If 15th falls on a holiday. The next working day will be the last day for collecting the fee without imposing late fee.
2. If the face is not deposited till the 15th of the month. Late fee will be charged for each day, including holiday. One rupee per day.
3. The student’s name will be struck off from the register. if the fee is not deposited till the end of the month.
4. Except for caution money. fee once deposited will not be refunded.
5. A Student seeking admission during mid-session, will have to pay all the general fees for the full year, exam fee for the remaining examination, conveyance fee for the current and following month and the tuition fee for 12 months.
